Shipping conditions

Shipping partners & shipping methods

Shipping is carried out exclusively by secure, insured shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL Express.
All shipments are sent with tracking and are fully insured – both within Germany and for international deliveries.

Delivery countries

We currently deliver to the following countries in the European Union :

Regional restrictions & security reservation

We reserve the right to exclude certain regions within these countries from delivery, especially if

  • there is an increased risk of loss, theft or fraud,
  • or secure delivery cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in rural border areas, remote regions or certain postcode areas).

In individual cases, we may subsequently refuse or cancel an order if there are security or delivery concerns.
In such a case, any payments already made will of course be fully refunded.

The shipping costs include insured transport, tracking, and special shock-proof packaging for your luxury watch.


Delivery times

  • Germany: approx. 2–3 working days after receipt of payment
  • EU countries: approx. 7–10 working days after receipt of payment

Individual or rare models may have different delivery times. We will inform you of these on a case-by-case basis.

Packaging & transport protection

All watches are packaged in special shock-resistant material and shipped protected.
Delivery may include original box, warranty card, certificates or accessories, if specified.

Self-collection possible

By prior appointment, you can also pick up your watch in person at our premises in Gütersloh.

Transport damage

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for any external damage or irregularities.
In case of obvious transport damage, we ask for:

  • Photo documentation,
  • and notification within 24 hours,
    so that we can assert any claims against the shipping service provider in a timely manner.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
