Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day
– on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods;
– in the case of partial deliveries: on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, an e-mail or by telephone) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the sample cancellation form below, although this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse repayment,
– until we have received the goods back, or
– until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
whichever is earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

The return shipment must be insured and tracked.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of the returned goods / replacement value

Please note:
Luxury watches are particularly valuable and delicate goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

In particular, we reserve the right to demand appropriate compensation or to refuse return in the following cases:
– Scratches, damage or wear on the watch, case, strap or glass
– missing original packaging, accessories, papers or certificates
– visible signs of wear or alterations (e.g. shortened straps, misaligned movements)
– subsequent opening of the watch case or unauthorized repair attempts

The watch may only be handled for inspection, as it would be in a retail store. If the watch is used beyond this, we reserve the right to depreciate the watch's value accordingly.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning:
– Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
– Goods that are individual items specially procured on behalf of the customer
– sealed goods if their seal has been removed after delivery
